I help women just like you to finally end the battle with food and the never-ending cycle of dieting, overeating, and binge eating, by helping you transform your relationship with food and your body, so you can start to work with your body and not against it.

After more than a decade of dieting, I certainly took my body on a rollercoaster, causing me many problems with my health, hormones, and confidence. It all changed when I discovered intuitive eating. Thanks to intuitive eating I am now healthy, in balance and maintain my natural set point weight without dieting or obsessing about food and my body. The experience is truly freeing, and this is why I love helping others to achieve the same 😊.

The Freedom From Dieting Programme

My 1.1 coaching programme (1 or 3 months)

Before working 1.1 with a client, I always have a call with them first to understand where they are on their health and  intuitive eating journey, what they are struggling with and where they need the most support. From here, I create a personal support programme to ensure the programme meets their unique needs, moving at a pace that is right for them and being there for them, every step of the way.

02.

6-week intuitive eating and exercise online group programme

If you enjoy working with and supporting other people, then this would be perfect for you. In this programme we get together every Tuesday evening for a live online, group exercise class. Alongside this, we have a what’s app group where we focus on different health topics each week, including the principles of intuitive eating. I record each exercise session, so you can catch up with the class in your own time if you can’t make it.

Wellbeing Workshops And Training

I deliver in person workshops and trainings in the west midlands, as part of staff wellbeing days in the workplace. The focus of the workshops include an introduction to intuitive eating and how intuitive eating can be practiced within the workplace. Alongside group, Yoga and mediation practices.
